Casa Pedregales has a spacious living room, open kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, combi oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, nespresso machine, juicer, toaster and mixer. A washing machine is also available.

The living room has a 43″ Samsung Smart TV with Dutch, German and Spanish TV-stations plus BBC1, BBC2, BBC3 and BBC4.

The bedroom has two box spring beds measuring 80×200 cm that can be placed together or separately.

The fiber optic cable provides a strong WiFi connection.

Around the house is a large sun terrace of 80m2 with a great view on the ocean. There are comfortable chairs and sun loungers to relax on the terrace enjoying the view with a good book.
